Shipping Policy
Payment for your CAPI Jewelry order must be made in advance, as outlined on our website. You can complete your payment by transferring funds to our ABN AMRO Bank Account Number NL08 ABNA 0245647678, under the name of CAPI Jewelry. Upon order confirmation, you will receive an invoice for your purchase.

The BIC code for ABN AMRO Bank is ABNA NL 2A.

Deliveries:
Upon receipt of your payment, we will dispatch your order within 10 business days, depending on item availability in our inventory. You will receive an email notification once your delivery is en route.

We take meticulous care to ensure the secure delivery of your items. They will be properly packaged and shipped via reputable carriers.

While every precaution is taken to safeguard your package, CAPI Jewelry cannot be held responsible for any damage or incomplete packages. Should your package arrive damaged or show signs of tampering, please refuse acceptance and return it to the carrier.

Upon delivery and confirmation of your order, you will receive an invoice inclusive of the applicable VAT.

CAPI Jewelry cannot be held liable for erroneous deliveries resulting from any ambiguity on the order form.

Orders may be fulfilled from existing stock or placed on your behalf with the manufacturer or distributor.

If your order contains multiple items for sale, CAPI Jewelry may consider it as one order at its discretion.

Upon order placement, you will receive confirmation of its acceptance, along with the total amount due.

Cancellation of Order:
If, for any reason, CAPI Jewelry is unable to deliver your order within the expected timeframe of 14 days, you have the right to cancel the order by sending us a written email immediately upon receiving confirmation of the revised delivery date. Before processing your refund, we thoroughly assess the quality of the returned item. Customers are responsible for the return costs.
