At Capi Jewelry, each piece is crafted by hand with love and precision. We want you to be thrilled with your jewelry. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us via email. If your item meets our return criteria, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it.

How to Return
Just drop us an email at info@capijewelry.com to communicate about your return and to get the return address. We’re here to help!

Condition
To ensure a smooth return, please make sure the item is in its original condition, free from alterations, damage, or extra wear. It should also include its original packaging. Unfortunately, customised items can’t be returned. We’d love to hear why you’re returning it so we can continue to improve.

Costs and Risks
Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility and won’t be covered by us. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll notify you and process your refund within 7 days.

International Orders
For our international customers, please be aware that additional customs duties and fees may apply, which will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Taxes on Return Shipments
If there are any customs duties or taxes charged when you return a package to us, these costs will be deducted from your refund.
